I stayed in a clean room and found the staff really helpful. The location proves really superb. it is next to the train station. People with big luggages can walk directly to this hotel from the platform. I could do that.
The room seemed just like a bland hostel, lacking soul. I found it basic, and the lighting was terrible.

My Beautiful Double Room with Balcony included excellent air-con to maintain a perfect temperature. The balcony space was fine for enjoying the sunset. Windows offered great protection from train noises. I heard almost nothing.

Breakfast presented a top notch experience with a wide selection. The breakfast area looked very clean, and the staff kept food well-stocked. I could find everything I needed.

the location of the hotel is convenient. breakfast was great and included cook to order omelettes. the balcony offered rooftop views toward lake geneva and the alps, although you need to be on the fifth floor for this. there was also plenty of space in the wardrobe for hanging clothes.
